While I easily gamed for over 15 hours last week, I can't say I worked out for an equal amount of time. I haven't lost any more weight since New Year's… if anything, I suspect I gained a pound or two. (I've been afraid to weight myself for the last 2 weeks).

I need to step it up. For any gaming session, I need to make a pact that I'll exercise for 45 minutes prior. If want to play on the PS3, I'd better be on the treadmill or Wii Fitness for the 45 minutes before.

I suspect we'll probably need two RHEL 5.4 VMs for the class, but I also wanted to have Fedora 15, CentOS 6, and Windows 7 Pro built and prepped.
