ASUS released Jelly Bean today for the Transformer Prime (TF201) but delayed the release for Transformer Infinity (TF700). ASUS updated their blog page with news of the delay:

Discussions on ASUS Facebook say that Facebook was the cause of the delay for the TF700. The Infinity has a higher-res and higher-DPI display than the Prime, which caused other apps to be revised as well. Apparently they're just catching a Facebook app issue now?
I'm hoping it's quickly updated and fixed. I'd love to see Jelly Bean on my Infinity this weekend, but wouldn't be surprised if we have to wait now until next week.

Latest update from ASUS:
"North American Update – 9/27/2012 10.4.4.14.1 Release is held.
For those users in the US and Canada, the 10.4.4.16 Release should be available early next week. A couple of applications that were recently updated (Facebook 1.9.10 on 9/20 as one example) required a last minute firmware update for the keyboard to operate correctly in the "Comment" area with Android 4.1. Sorry about the slight delay but this fix needed to be implemented before release. "
