No starving allowed! I'm also trying to slim down and to kick off I altered my food intake to a different set of foods I like. What I really need to do is increase my physical activity, but its been so hot. Plus the gym intimidates me a little (or a lot) so I'm skittish about going.
Anyway, I use tracker.dailyburn.com to track. I don't know if you could see my meals, but maybe. They're filling, low(ish?) calorie and nutritious. If you can't see them I'd send recipes if you wanted.
