My two favorite classes during my Air Force education were Military History and Military Tactics.  I kept my books and notes from each.

Dwight Eisenhower was a very interesting man. I don't always agree with him, but history has borne out his decisions on the military-industrial complex and the interstate system.

I think he may also be right about our desire for security, and our duty to ourselves to accept responsibility for our lives.
